• 30 Apr 57 Complete crew transfer from HMS Bildeston
• 1958 Trials & exercises in UK Waters
• 16 Mar 59 Paid Off to Reserve & Refit. Tailshaft problems
• 1960 Converted to Deltic Engines in Rosyth
• Mar 61 Transferred to 101st (RNR) MSS as HMS Montrose based at Dundee
• 1 Oct 62 101st MSS became 10th MSS
• Aug 63/64/65 Deployed to Gibraltar for Exercise Rockhaul Series
• Aug 67 Deployed to Gibraltar for Exercise Rockhaul
• Aug 69/70/71 Deployed to Gibraltar for Exercises Rockhaul & Mainhaul
