VILLAGE

5 miles South of Warwick, on the river Avon. 

A small community, more than 200 graves dating from Roman and Saxon occupations were found in 1980/85, together with spears, shields, knives and brooches.

Unfotunately most items,although ancient and appearing of the periods, could not be dated accurately.
