- Oct-Dec 67 Returned to UK round Africa alone

- 8-29 Aug 62 Anti-piracy patrol off Borneo with CHAWTON
- Aug & Oct 63 Hit submerged log. Lost large areas of sheathing; Damaged starboard propeller 7 Oct
- 7 Dec 66 Grounded twice in 24 hours during Exercise off Sabah. Pulled off by MANXMAN . 5 month refit ensued [Rob Guyatt Dec 20]
