• Mar 60Solent Division RNR as HMS Warsash

• Aug-Sep 63 Deployed to Gibraltar for ROCKHAUL 63
• Feb-Mar 65 Operation STOP GAP Deployment to Madeira, C. Verde Islands and West Indies
• Aug- Sep 66 & 67 Deployed to Gibraltar - ROCKHAUL 66 & 67
• 9 Aug 66 Assisted in rescue of crew of SS 'Polly' - Sank following collision off Gibraltar.
• 9 Sep 68 Collision with NORTHUMBRIA (QUAINTON)
