- August – September 1964 Towed to Singapore with HMS Picton as Theatre Reserve
- 30th January 1965 Commissioned for 11th MSS. Crew ex HMS Wiston
- 1965 Completed 12 Singapore Strait Patrols (average 9 days each). Completed 1 period Sarawak Patrol 21 days
- 1966 Completed 1 North Borneo Patrol of 19 days. Completed 1 Sarawak Patrol of 21 days
- 17th September – 5th November Passage to UK with HMS Santon via Suez Canal

- 29th March 1965 Engaged in Firefight with 2 craft in Singapore Strait. One craft sunk but Midshipman Michael O’Driscoll killed.
